Captain Gray is testing the PB1 his first paper boat in the Houtzagerssingel in Den Haag. He floated for almost 20 minutes before the PB1 went to visit Davy Jones locker.
And if staying afloat for 20 minutes is possible, then 30 minutes or more is the next challenge for the PB2!
